HR recruitment? consultant? Business Analyst?

Well I had another round of interview today!

It was with a placement company dealing with head hunting.

The profile?

I lead a team of head hunters a.k.a recruiters!

The interview went really really well!

However towards the end the Head of the company was hesitant re: my lack of a University degree!

Well I told him I am good at my job and if he can give me the chance I can work and complete my education!!!!

~~hope there are some non biased bastards in India who will consider my work instead of a paper degree~~

I mean I know I am good at my job and I can do damn well better than a MBA degree holder.. just lack the paper proving a degree!

Well lets see how it goes!

If not? ah well something has to work out..

Honesty seriously isn't appreciated anymore.. I could have lied and got the job today!!!!!

  Yes I know I was Honest! and the Head of Organization was okay but seemed a lil unsure if the 'company' policies will allow him to recruit me
