Job Description:
• Ensure on-time project transition and implementation
• Outline the process that needs to be outsourced and mapping the scope of the process
• Ensure that there is a proper structure of the team, responsibilities assigned, change management process and establish milestone sign off authority.
• Coordinate with transition teams[SMEs / teamleads] and On-site project managers
• Single point of contact for all stakeholders during the transition stage until Business as usual
• Provide input for recruitment & resourcing activity and ensure recruitment is on time
• Understand As – Is environment of process and draw up to-be state of the process
• Ensure AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping exercises are completed
• Identify training requirements and design KT method
• Prepare detailed day wise training plan with consensus of client
• Design Transition approach & overall timelines
• Prepare detailed transition plan for a process
• Prepare BOD
• Coordinate onsite & offshore KT
• Design & develop process transition and operational metrics
• Ensure required resources are on board – people, process, technology
• Ensure client sign-off in all stages of transition
• Ensure site readiness
• Maintain weekly status reports of projects under the transition/ implementation phase
• Ensure necessary training/re-training is provided to associates in the pre/post migration stages.
• Set up and finalize on baseline Service Level Agreements – Training, Production and Quality
• Centralized point of contact for the Client and the Management. Handle Communication with clients on Process reviews and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the HR, IT, Quality, Operations & technology team
• Create and agree on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) which is a comprehensive learning and referencing tool for all the project resources.
• Establish all Facility requirements like office equipments, working conditions for regular service delivery
• Update Statement of Work (SOW), which lays out specific parameters of business partnership.
• Agree on monthly invoicing patterns
• Finalise on process governance model for each process in transition
