Bush has Done it.. again

.. Blame the Indian population for increased consumption of food which is responsible for Food Price inflation in USA .
.. let me just....

:)) :)) :)) :))

*wipes tears*

*laughs so hard it hurts*

WASHINGTON: US President George Bush has joined his top diplomat in suggesting that the growing prosperity of India's large middle class is contributing to rising food prices around the world ...

"So, for example, just as an interesting thought for you, there are 350 million people in India who are classified as middle class. That's bigger than America. Their middle class is larger than our entire population.

"And when you start getting wealth, you start demanding better nutrition and better food. And so demand is high, and that causes the price to go up," said Bush joining his top diplomat Condoleezza Rice in suggesting India's role in the world food crisis.

Now I as an Indian will blame US for increased cost of Beef,Chicken and Cheese, milk, coffee, electronics, processed food blah blah because they consume more of it than India

Well we know the solution, don't we? Indians should better stop eating, otherwise all the rednecks will have to pay over 40% of the income on food.

According to US Department of Agriculture stats for 2007, each Indian gets to eat about 178 kg of grains in one year while a US citizen consumes more than 1046 kg. Similar disparity in found in meat and edible oil comsumptions as well. So perhaps, if each American were to eat as much as an Indian, 83% of foodgrain would have been freed for consumption by more people. :)

yep! all of us.. should just not eat at all.. or the government should start eliminating the excess millions in the population..

and your results are correct they do consume more food than we do and still crib! no wonder they crib about being overweight.. well stop eating so much
