Well it seems all the stress and tension and over work has now caught up with me 'cause am down with fever and have 3 weeks of non stop work in Nj and another 3 weeks in India without any scope of a sick leave.
Drat!
Wish me luck 'cause i will need it to finish my work and do it well..
I met an Indian guy at the hotel and he was kind enough to hand me some paracetmol since I forgot to carry any.

if it doesn't then, and this might sound old grannyish, but go out for a nice walk in the country (weather prevailing).. just getting fresh air and clearing your head could do a lot of good.

I'm sorry to hear your not feeling well... i hope you get better soon! if you want to really get that fever out you should sweat yourself out (not through exercise) wrap yourself in thick clothes or something to keep you warm. if that doesn't work try putting a cold compress on your head to bring down the fever... don't forget to keep lots of fluids near by so you don't get dehydrated.

Hey i do feel better now.. exercise???? lol i am the laziest never go near a exercise machine or gym
i did drink loads of tea and milk and took a few meds..
