Reminded me of the assissination of Rajiv Gandhi when I was around 10 years old.
Suicide Bomber attack and then shooters.
I sincerely pray that all these violent killers are punished and tortured and hopefully Erased from face of earth

that was exactly what president Bush tried to do, and got exactly the opposite result. This is what the Dalai Lama objects to, and he doesn't seem to get much result either. So what is the golden path?

Bush is not the brightest person on earth.. he attacked Afganistan to find Bin Laden and so far his whole exercise is a failure.
The golden path eludes me but I guess //something// will happen to mass kill all these killers

i dunno I feel that the world neeeds to unite as one to fight this and not just US as a superpower and final law..
We need to think beyond petty politics and be more human(I am asking for tooooo much here)
that is why we arent able to fight it.. we refuse to look beyond colour,country prejudices and religion..
this was the very reason that the world started UN after world war II. It never made it a human organisation, just a political, and greatly ineffective. After all, we all look after our immediate interests ahead of anything else

yes even UN cannot do much.. each to his own and people talk big and great words of wisdom and influence are used but hardly ever practiced..
No one wants peace everyone is still after power.. just like it was during the time of kings and queens.
Democracy is just a cover used to gain power..and its not really democracy
or is it possible that it is democracy, but democracy is not the right solution for our modern day problems?

yes maybe re do the constitution as per changing times and not just add ammendments( which anyway have many loopholes for the lawyers to have a field day with)
