I was in a Launching party gobbling up a chocolate cake and talking to a co-worker who was here from my Home Town office.

When suddenly a Man comes into the conversation and upon hearing my name says

Him:"ooh so you are ( addressing me by my name)!!

* I was about to say Whatever it is I didnt do it and scram*

I realised he was smiling and on his loud exclamation a few more came forward to introduce themselves.. Most from Sales and Migrations(Business Dev and new Business set up teams)

*felt Important* :))

Boss came to me and said why was I late for the party(I had just arrived at work!!) so I told him I just arrived as per my Shift!!

Over all a lot of "influential" and the rest of the teams were there at the party!!!

*bites nails*

Is this a Promotion or a way of people thinking -aaah now she's dug her grave by being a step up in the management???
